TERMS

1. When placing a bid with SoMuchCheaper, you accept the terms listed below and thereby enter into an agreement with SoMuchCheaper.

2. You have to be 18 or older to take part in the bidding, or have a guardian's permission to do so.

3. You can participate in all ongoing auctions. The auction closes when a certain amount of time has passed since the last bid (e.g 15 minutes). The auction is not open during the night 24.00-9.00, but starts again in the morning at 9 o'clock.

4. Placed bids take effect immediately after SoMuchCheaper's system has registered the bid. The bid does not take effect the same instant it has been sent from your computer/mobile phone. Usually the bid is registered with SoMuchCheaper within one second after it has been sent. Sometimes bids may be delayed due to problems caused by the computer operator or the Internet connection. The time for when the auction closes depends on when the bid has been registered. So, if the allocated time for an item (e.g 4 minutes, 2 minutes) passes after your bid has been registered and no one has raised your bid you are the winner of the auction. The win is confirmed either by text message or email. SoMuchCheaper is neither responsible for your opportunity to participate in the bidding nor if you have encountered problems which SoMuchCheaper cannot affect, such as faulty, incomplete, discontinued, delayed or in any other way lost information, due to your own computer equipment, your computer system or other technical equipment used to paritcipate in the bidding. SoMuchCheaper is not responsible for problems caused by technical errors concerning the tele operator or the phone equipment and/or the sms traffic, unsuccessful transmissions and/or discontinued forwarding of emails if they are caused by technical problems and/or Internet overload, the website and/or a combination of both. This also goes for damages or errors in your own or others computer equipment and/or -programs and/or saved information which concerns the participation in SoMuchCheaper' auctions. SoMuchCheaper are not responsible for changes in the legislation, which affects the auction and its realization, such as decisions made by the authorities, war situation, natural disaster or similar. The clock visible in your browser functions only as an reference (due to potentially slow internet connections etc.) and the real bidding times are visible on the bidding service's clock. SoMuchCheaper are not responsible for closing messages shown on the screen or other interruptions. The winner of the auction is decided according to the closing time of the bidding service.

5. When you have transferred money to your bidding account, you can't transfer the money back, it can only be used for bidding on SoMuchCheaper' products.

6. The bonus sum, in other words the bids which can be credited to your bidding account by using campaign codes or registering for the first time can only be used by yourself to bid on SoMuchCheaper' products and the sum cannot be used in any other way and cannot be paid out in money or any other form of compensation.

7. SoMuchCheaper will contact the winner within 24 hours after the auction has closed and send an invoice, consisting of the sum of the winning bid and the shipping cost. The invoice has to be paid within 30 days. If the invoice isn't paid within the given time, the winner of the auction loses his or her right to buy the object/service to the bid price.

8. A single bid placed through the bidding account costs 1 bid.

9. You have the right to return any product to us within 14 days. You should within 14 days contact us if the product is defective or if it doesn't match the product you have bid on. If you wish to retrieve your buy you should contact us on help@somuchcheaper.com and send the product back to the given address and you will be refunded.

10. The products are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks after the invoice has been paid. All products are delivered to your home and the winner of the auction pays the shipping cost which is included in the invoice. In some cases, delivery will take longer where the item is of a specialist or custom nature. So Much Cheaper is not responsible for issues in the supply chain outside of their control

11. All products have a 1 year warranty, unless otherwise mentioned. In some cases, products will be ‘as new’ but may be factory reconditioned. In these cases, the warranty may differ.

12. You have the right to regret the buy within 14 days after delivery, assuming that you haven't used the product or opened the packaging. If you wish to return your buy you are to contact us on help@somuchcheaper.com and send the product back to the given address, and you will be refunded.

13. SoMuchCheaper campaign offers are only valid for one time/person/member/individual.

14. SoMuchCheaper is not responsible for possible third party problems which interfere with the technology or your account transactions. If there are problems in any transactions you are obliged to inform SoMuchCheaper immediately.

15. SoMuchCheaper has the right to contact the winner after the auction has closed and to publish information about the winner on SoMuchCheaper' website and in advertising sent out by SoMuchCheaper. SoMuchCheaper has the right to allow media to contact the winner of an auction. This happens according to the winner's own wishes.

16. SoMuchCheaper reserves the right to change above mentioned terms for ongoing auctions at any time by informing about the changes on the website. The new terms take effect immediately after they have been published on the website.
