Credits are available in packs of: 10, 25, 50, 100 & 250 and the prices are clearly marked on our buy credits page, accessible from the My Account box.

First things first... CONGRATULATIONS!

If having seen our price, you decide you would like to buy the item, just click the now available 'Buy It' button - but hurry, you'll only have a few seconds to decide before the price is once again hidden! Once you click 'Buy It' the sale is closed to everyone else. You will see that item listed in the My shopping tab of your My Profile Area, from where you can pay for it. Users have 24 hours to complete the payment. If payment is not made, the offer will be withdrawn and the item will go back on sale. Be aware, users who click 'Buy It' and don't complete payment on more than one occasion may have their account suspended in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

If you decide after you have clicked 'Buy It' that you do not in fact want to buy the product, simply email or telephone us as soon as possible and we will return the item to sale (at the price it was at when removed). This action will avoid any potential suspension of user accounts.

Yes absolutely! There are no limits to the number of credits you can purchase or the number of times you can reveal the price, remember the more times the price is collectively revealed, the cheaper the item becomes!

All goods are brand new and in sealed boxes, supplied with the standard manufacturers warranty. From time to time, this may not be the case but in any such circumstances the details of the sale will be clearly marked.

Deliveries vary depending on stock levels and other certain factors (such as were goods are custom or one-offs). In most cases, delivery times are estimated at 5-7 working days from receipt of your cleared final payment. All goods are dispatched by secure post or courier service.
